Maison Rozier was built between 1920 and 1923 and restored between 2020 and 2023.

The building has been listed as a Monument Historique since 2001, notably for its mosaics (façade and first floor) and wallpaper. The furniture (14 items) has been listed as a Monument Historique since 2018, and was restored by Atelier Philippe Allemand, restorer of the L’Orient Express train.

As part of your visit, you’ll discover :
– the building itself, designed by architect Louis Jarrier, known as “the architect of spa towns”, and
– an exhibition of furniture and crockery from the former tea room.
– the former room used for tea dances, as well as 4 rooms devoted to the Rozier family, the Auvergne PDO cheese route, the route des Villes d’Eaux du Massif Central, which includes La Bourboule and Le Mont-Dore, and the Auvergne brand.
– a documentary on the 5 AUVERGNE PDO cheeses, before shopping at the SUBIRANA cheese dairy on the first floor.
