The collection on display takes visitors back to the 40s and 44s.
From 1940 to 1944, almost 50,000 young people performed compulsory civic service for 6 to 8 months in the Chantiers de Jeunesse. Discover their experiences, the spirit of revenge of their leaders and the participation of some members of the Resistance. Flags, uniformed mannequins, insignia, artefacts and photographs will give you a real history lesson.
