Gallo-Roman bridge

Valbeleix

Presentation of the site : This bridge was the only structure crossing the couze du Valbeleix from the entrance to the caves to Saurier for many years. It therefore had a vital function for the territory.

The bridge appears to date back to Gallo-Roman times and was restored some twenty years ago.
Situated just off the D26, it’s a little corner of paradise, where you’ll find yourself soothed by the flow of the river and the sound of birdsong.
