A place for discovery, exploration and experimentation. Belvedere offering panoramic views over Issoire and the surrounding area (Massif du Sancy, Livradois-Forez). Temporary exhibitions, lectures, screenings and workshops on a variety of themes.
Panoramic viewpoint : fantastic view over the town and surrounding landscape. The Tour de l’Horloge hosts temporary exhibitions, conferences, screenings, readings, shows and workshops for children.
