On the heights, 900 m above sea level, 15 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand and close to the Puy de Dôme, the Puy de Pariou and Vulcania, the chef left his native Brittany for the beautiful eyes of his wife, and set down his utensils in Auvergne.
The cuisine – where everything is cooked by the minute – follows the seasons, with fresh products cooked on site, by the slate or on the menu.
The search for – and selection of – fresh, quality produce, worked by passionate producers, is the essence of the all-you-can-eat cuisine.

Open Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 12 :00 to 13 :45 and 19 :30 to 21 :00, and Tuesdays and Sundays from 12 :00 to 13 :45.
