The Auberge de la Providence is a small, quiet, rural hotel dating from 1850, located in the picturesque village of St-Donat in the Auvergne. The Auberge’s terrace offers a magnificent view of the Puy de Sancy, one of France’s largest ski areas. A cosy restaurant with a large open fireplace, our menus change several times a week depending on market availability and the chef’s inspiration ! We offer a wide selection of daily choices of local, international and vegetarian cuisine. We also offer stone-grilled meats for a convivial evening with friends. We strive to provide our Auberge with a warm atmosphere to make you feel at home.
