Le Basalte is more than a restaurant, it’s an invitation to explore the authenticity and culinary excellence of Auvergne. Expect a selection of revisited traditional dishes, featuring local produce and regional flavors.

Chef Adrien Descouls offers a menu of the week, as well as a more elaborate menu. An à la carte selection is also available.
Head sommelier Vincent Gardarin has carefully selected a range of regional and discovery wines, designed to complement each dish perfectly and appeal to wine lovers.

From 26/04 to 23/12/2026 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday between 12 pm and 2 pm and between 7 pm and 10 pm.
Closed exceptionally on May 1st, May 8th and August 15th.

Adult menu : 24 to 39 € (Starter, main course, dessert for lunch or dinner).
Weekly menu (Monday to Thursday lunchtimes only)
