At the foot of the ski slopes of the Sancy resort and at the source of the Dordogne river, the gentle atmosphere of a modern chalet accompanies the conviviality of the Defrance family, 4th generation hoteliers. Welcome to our home !

In the restaurant, chef Sébastien Defrance skilfully blends local produce, seasons and traditions into delicious, warm harmonies : pan-fried foie gras, Cantal-crusted pike-perch, salmon with red berries or beef pavé with Auvergne blue cheese will awaken your taste buds in summer…
Truffade, petit salé with lentils and raclette will delight skiers in winter.

With its Auvergne specialities and gastronomic menu, everything is homemade from starter to dessert : enjoy it in the authentic ambience of the dining room with its wood panelling, fireplace and sunny colors, or on the terrace in the heart of a sumptuous natural setting dominated by the Puy de Sancy.

In winter, access by ski from the Boulevard des Neiges and follow the signs for the Chômets slopes.
