The new managers, Florence Gé and her husband Stéphane Machala (owners of the Fournia B&B in Les Pradeaux, Stéphane is also a bus driver in the valley) are enthusiastically taking over this local landmark.
For Florence, cooking is a passion and a family affair : her mother was a delicatessen chef, and her son and brother are cooks.
It’s with this passion that, after a few refurbishments and refreshments, Florence will be serving up traditional cuisine using local produce every week.
A cosy sitting area by the fireplace is ideal for a gourmet break (charcuterie/cheese platter…).
