Day 1 : Disconnecting in nature
Arrive with your car in the late afternoon at La Paresse en Douce, where you’ll either bring your own evening meal or have a “stop lunch” in Livradois-Forez,
Settle into your warm room, renovated with natural materials,
Relax in the garden.
Overnight stay.
Nordic bath at extra cost.

Day 2 : Gentle adventure and wild landscapes
Breakfast with homemade local products,

Mid-morning departure for a loop hike :
3 possibilities :
In Marie-No’s footsteps” hike with the option of a stop at the “Val des Roses” workshop for an introduction to natural, local family cosmetics, or simply a stop at the boutique to enjoy the products from the rose garden and discover the conservatory orchard. (extra charge, booking required).
Gorges de la Dore” hike with a stop at La Coccinelle farm for a range of pleasure and well-being infusions, syrups and herbs produced entirely by hand in Tours-sur-Meymont. (extra charge on reservation)
Introduction to golf at Cunlhat, a 5km walk from your accommodation (extra charge on reservation).
Packed lunch.
Dinner at the table d’hôtes : home cooking, organic and local produce.
Overnight stay.

Day 3 : A gentle start
Gentle wake-up call and gourmet breakfast.
Packed lunch.
Departure at 10 :30 a.m.
