Sailing courses during school vacations from Monday to Friday :

– Optimist (6-8 years / 3 :30 pm – 5 :30 pm) : Whether single-handed or double-handed, this course will enable children to make their first tacks in total safety on Lac d’Aydat. The pleasure of sailing will be the main theme of this stage.

– Catamaran (from age 9 / 3.30 pm – 5.30 pm) : A fast, fun boat, the catamaran offers stability and thrills, while remaining easy to handle and secure. Everyone will find their place in this group, thanks to the instructor’s differentiated teaching methods.

– Multi-glide (from 8 years old / 10am-5.30pm) : Fun, easy and sporty, this course is for all those who want to discover the many facets of sailing in an ideal learning environment ! Stand Up Paddle, Big Paddle, kayak solo, double or triple, dinghy solo or double, catamaran, windsurf and even funboard for the more experienced. Beyond the fun aspects, each activity allows you to discover the nautical and aquatic environment from a new angle. Sitting, standing, lying down, kneeling, lying flat on your stomach, you can multiply these activities to increase the pleasure and finish the week with a level of sailing on different supports. Transport available from Clermont-Ferrand, Beaumont and Ceyrat.

– Multisport courses during the Easter and All Saints’ vacations (from 8 years old / 10am-5.30pm) : orienteering, mountain biking, accrobranche, catamaran, paddle, E-foil, kayak, biathlon, raft building.

Private lessons and catamaran, dinghy and windsurf rental.

Equipment supplied by Aydat Sailing School :
– Lifejacket
– Wetsuit (loaned during your course or rented on request)

To bring with you :
– Bathing suit and shorts
– Closed-toe shoes (mandatory)
– For hot weather : cap or hat, sunglasses (with cord), sun cream
– Against the cold : windproof jacket (see windproof pants), fleece
– A complete change of clothes and towel
