Allow about 3 hours from your scheduled meeting time for the entire program :
– Passenger check-in at the launch site or meeting point.
– Preparation and inflation of the hot air balloon with your help.
– Flight lasting approximately 1 hour (weather permitting).
– Landing and packing up the balloon with your help.
– Return to the starting point or a location of your choice by vehicle.

Practical information :
Closed-toe shoes or hiking boots are required.
It is no colder in the air than on the ground ; please bring warm clothing for the preparation phase and after landing, but polyester fabrics are prohibited.
Pregnant women are not permitted to fly in a hot-air balloon.
Individuals with heart conditions and/or medical implants must present a medical certificate to participate in a hot-air balloon flight.

Ticket valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
No late arrivals will be accepted ; this may result in a partial or total forfeiture of the ticket price.
Hot-air balloon flights are entirely dependent on weather conditions, and only the pilot has the authority to decide whether to take off or postpone the flight.
