During a run, you’ll discover the Casadean heritage of Saint-Dier as you follow the Miodet River upstream to explore its old mills. You’ll climb higher and higher until you reach the Rochette keep. An interesting route in every way. Instead of keeping your eyes glued to your watch and your performance, look up and take in the scenery of the Livradois region. Approximately 200 meters of elevation gain over 11.5 km
