A tribute to the craft of cutlery-making—come visit our Conservatory, where you’ll discover the extraordinary richness of our collection, including very old machines and a wide variety of preserved tools.
The tour includes commentary, demonstrations, and videos.
In our shop, you can choose from a wide variety of knives, including the one specific to our association, “Le Puy Cervier.”
We offer a workshop where you can assemble the “Le Montagnard Thiernois” knife :

From 01/01 to 31/12 on Monday between 2 pm and 5.30 pm.
except on January 1st, Easter Monday, Whit Monday, May 1st, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
Guided tour and knife-making workshop by appointment on other days.

- Tour included with hat purchase.
- For groups, €5 per person ; the tour is free with a knife-sharpening service.
