From 02/01 to 18/12/2026 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 7.30 am and 12 pm and between 1.30 pm and 5 pm. On Friday between 7.30 am and 12 pm.

Come discover our cutlery collection year-round. Our workshop teams will guide you through the tour and explain how our knives are made. Allow about 15 minutes—or longer for those who are especially curious !
Large glass walls will also allow you to watch all the assembly processes.
Reservations are required for groups of more than 15 people.
