Our retreats are a true journey of self-discovery, a return to our roots to reconnect with ourselves and nature. Friday through Sunday at 5 p.m. Here is the program that Elise and Juliette have put together for you :

OPENING AND CLOSING CIRCLES
The weekend will begin with a ceremony to get to know one another, set the stage,
get you in the right frame of mind, and start reconnecting with yourselves through several
exercises. It will also be an opportunity to share your intentions for the weekend.

The closing ceremony will bring these two days to a gentle close. Sharing,
meditation, writing exercises, and oracle card readings.

YOGA, MEDITATION, AND BREATHING
Open to everyone. No experience required, led by Elise. The classes will take a
therapeutic approach and gently release tension and soothe aches and pains. The
classes will be inspired by the seasons.

HIKING
We’ll set out to explore the surrounding natural sites ; the hike will be punctuated
by relaxation exercises and opportunities to connect with oneself and/or the elements and nature. The difficulty level
is fairly easy, but you’ll need to be able to walk for several hours. For the summer session,
we’ll also have a hike led by a guide who’ll take us on a journey to discover
local plants.

WATERCOLOR WORKSHOP
Led by Charline. A gentle introduction to watercolor painting centered around a seasonal theme. You
will be guided throughout the workshop as you create your own composition. 2 hours

SOUND & SCENT RELAXATION WITH CANDLES (in the evening)
On Friday evening, to help you unwind, settle into the living room, leave
your week behind, and reconnect with yourself, enveloped by the warmth of the candles. We’ll guide you
through a meditation accompanied by the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and the koshi to help you let go and
delve deep within yourself.

We’ll also use various seasonal essential oils to aid relaxation.
The benefits of the vibrations from the bowls and the essential oils are felt on several
levels.
On a physical level :
– reduced muscle tension
– overall relaxation
– improved sleep

On an emotional level :
– emotional balance
– enhanced zest for life

WELLNESS TREATMENT (additional fee)
Elise will offer wellness treatments on-site (a combination of facial shiatsu,
wellness massage, palm and foot reflexology, and Reiki) to release
physical and emotional tension. 45 minutes : 35 euros

But this stay will also be a space where you can take time for
yourself, read a book in peace, and rest.

It’s also a place to connect with others and make wonderful new friends.

Activities Offered (depending on the weekend’s theme)
– 2 Yoga and Meditation Classes : Gentle sessions open to everyone, with a therapeutic approach to soothe physical and emotional tension. Each class is inspired by the energy of the season.
– Crystal Healing and Jewelry-Making Workshop : Discover the properties of crystals and create your own personalized piece of jewelry, tailored to your energy.
– Intuitive Dance : Free physical expression, guided by music, to release emotions and reconnect with your body.
– Nature Connection Hike : Explore the surrounding landscapes with relaxation and mindfulness exercises to reconnect with yourself and nature.
– Sound and Aromatherapy Relaxation : a guided meditation using Tibetan singing bowls and seasonal essential oils to promote relaxation and letting go.
– Opening and Closing Circles : an opening ceremony to set intentions and a closing ceremony to share and meditate, gently bringing the weekend to a close.
