Enter a knife assembly and sharpening workshop and discover the MARINGUOT®, a unique knife created right here in Limagne ! A member of the Esprit de Thiers® label, the Atelier Sauvagnat also manufactures abrasives (grinding wheels and polishing pastes), restores antique knives and includes a digital workshop for engraving and laser cutting.
The workshop is open to the public but does not offer guided tours. It is open at fixed times in the morning and by appointment in the afternoon.
