Thanks to their address books and their in-depth knowledge of the area, our tourist advisors, true experts of the Massif du Sancy, will share with you their personalized advice to create a vacation tailored to your desires, the age of your children, whether it’s sunny or rainy… They’ll make you want to extend your stay or come back to the Sancy.
For your convenience, we have separated the switchboard from the reception areas. When you contact us by phone, whether you’re on site in the Massif du Sancy, or at home preparing your stay, you’ll benefit from the same quality of service and personalized advice.

To keep you waiting, we’ve put at your disposal :
– an XXL-size map of the area.
– screens for weather forecasts, the day’s program, etc.
– easily accessible information areas. Self-service brochures on sightseeing, leisure activities in and around the Massif du Sancy, events program, etc.
– a children’s corner with adapted furniture, Tibou Mag and games.

OTHER SERVICES
– free tokens for washing your mountain bikes at the terminals and a first-aid kit.

PARKING
Parking lot P1 next to the tourist office + parking lots in front of shops along the lake (=contre-allée du lac) :
– October 1 to April 30 : free parking
– May 1 to September 30 : Pay parking every day from May 1 to September 30, from 10am to 6pm.
Rates : first 30 minutes free. €0.90/hour.
