All of the farm’s apiaries are located within a 16-km radius of Combrailles, the farm’s headquarters. The hives remain in place throughout the year (no transhumance). My little native black bees therefore produce mountain honey, with a spring harvest mainly from dandelions and a bountiful summer harvest featuring all the diversity that our Combrailles region has to offer (blackberry, linden, white clover, etc.). The fruits of the bees’ labor are available on Thursdays from 5 :00 p.m. to 8 :00 p.m. at the farm. Products are also available in Pontaumur (Wednesday morning market, at Quinty et Fils, and at the Brasserie du Valhalla), as well as through the Combrailles Farm Drive-Thru on local.direct.fr
