All the farm’s apiaries are located within a 16 km radius of Combrailles, where the farm is based. The hives remain in the same locations throughout the year, with no transhumance. My little local black bees therefore produce a mountain honey, with a spring honey flow mainly from dandelions and a strong summer honey flow thanks to all the diversity offered by the Combrailles : bramble, lime blossom, white clover and more. The fruit of the bees’ work is available on Thursdays from 5 pm to 8 pm at the farm. Products are also available in Pontaumur at the Wednesday morning market, at Quinty et Fils and at Brasserie du Valhalla, as well as through the Drive Fermier des Combrailles on local.direct.
