He is committed to practising living soil agriculture, which respects the environment and is better adapted to new climatic constraints.
His plants are transplanted, cultivated, picked and pruned by hand. Year after year, he multiplies the plants by reproduction, cuttings and division.
This is time-consuming and limits the volume of production, but satisfies his quality requirements. The plants are dried on ventilated racks, protected from light and stored in a dry place, then packaged in sachets or jars to be consumed as herbal teas or food condiments.
