Gîte Le moulin de Rochocol

The entrance is accessed by a staircase with a few steps.
Ground floor: living/dining room/kitchen/utility room/WC.
1st floor: 4 bedrooms equipped with double beds with separate mattresses. 2 bathrooms with showers, 1 separate WC.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom (same configuration), 1 separate WC, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 large(…)

2nd floor: 1 bedroom (same configuration), 1 separate WC, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 large games room equipped with an old ping pong table and René Pierre “Leader” table football.

ATTENTION:
Household linen (sheets, etc.) and cleaning are optional and extra. Except for the umbrella bed and sheets, which are provided.

Options to be paid for on site if interested:
-Cleaning package: 120€.
-Household linen package: sheets and towels 13€/pers.
– Wood if you use the stove: 15€ for 2 nights then 6€/additional days.

IMPORTANT: Children must be supervised by their parents when in the river. The owner declines all responsibility in the event of drowning or accidents with the river.
Access for travellers
Access to the river is private and belongs to the mill, so only you will have access to the Sioule.
The rental includes the entire gite without the basement, its grounds with the banks of the Sioule and its access road.

The entrance to the gite is at the end of the Rochocol road, which is a dead end. The private road leading to the gite is passable. You are welcome to:
– park in single file next to the entrance to the gite
– park in the hairpin bend at the top of the gite, towards the lean-to.
Other remarks
* For security reasons, the basement will not be accessible, but you can visit the mill mechanism.

* Pets are allowed under these conditions:
-No damage to the accommodation
-No access to the upper floors and therefore to the bedrooms/bathrooms.
-No access to sofas, tables and kitchen.
– Obligation to pick up their droppings in the grounds and on the path. I reserve the right to charge extra if this is not done!
– if you do not carry your dog in your arms outside (height, etc), please provide something to wipe its paws in case of bad weather (mud/rain) when it enters the mill.

* Sheet sizes for those who wish to bring their own:
– fitted sheets 90*200
– For 1 person duvets (11 in total): Provide duvet covers 140*200
– Rectangular pillows. A square duvet cover is not a problem either.
– For 2 person duvets in 160. Provide duvet covers 240*260. This is in the case of “shared duvet” when the 2 single beds are next to each other. ATTENTION, there are only 2 in this size.

* The coffee machine is a Delonghi espresso grinder. It takes coffee powder or beans according to your preferences.

* Don’t hesitate to download your favourite music before you arrive: you’ll find connected speakers, but a poor satellite signal.
