Departure – Chazelles petanque groundFrom Volvic, follow signs for Pontgibaud on the D943. At Le Vauriat, turn right after the railroad. Go straight on, then turn right towards Chazelles. Parking lot in the center of the hamlet on the left.
Step 1 : Departure – Chazelles petanque ground
Opposite the cross, turn right and go straight on to the sawmill. Turn left, then left at the next fork.
Step 2 : At the road, turn left, then right after 50m. At the next fork in the road, go straight on to the village entrance. Turn left, passing the drinking trough. Continue straight on, passing the last house (on the left). At the next junction, go straight ahead and join the road. Cross the road and join the path opposite.
Step 3 : Turn left and climb up to Le Corail. Cross the hamlet. At the end of the village, cross the road and take the path opposite (GR). At the next junction, leave the GR, turn left and continue straight ahead.
Stay on the main path.
Step 4 : At the end of the track, turn right into the broom. At the entrance to the field, turn right. Join the road alongside the waste transfer center.

Step 5 : Cross the railroad line and turn left (GR). Follow the GR for about 1.3 km to the second junction. Turn left to Lespinasse. Pass the Resistance site. Turn right before the railroad line and follow it to the next level crossing. Turn right, then left. Follow the stone-walled path to the level crossing.
Step 6 : Cross it and continue to the second junction. Turn left, then left again uphill. At the entrance to Lambertèche, turn
turn right. At the next crossroads, turn right onto the road and continue to the starting point.
