Linking Pont-du-Château station to Le Cendre / Le Vernet station (or vice versa), the off-road version of the ‘Les rives d’Allier’ circuit offers a smooth and picturesque route. Designed to be combined with the TER train service, this route winds its way along the wild meanders of the Allier and the banks of the Auzon, offering a wonderful immersion in nature without the strain of steep gradients.

• Accessibility & sustainable transport : An extremely convenient ‘station-to-station’ route : take your mountain bike or e-MTB on the TER train from Clermont-Ferrand station to reach the start point.
• A very smooth ride : Virtually no elevation gain, ideal for getting back into cycling, invigorating family rides or e-MTBs.
• Exceptional natural setting : A pleasant route through the riparian woodland, on dirt tracks and stabilised paths running alongside the river.
