Route description

This walk, starting from the Piton de Quartz, takes in the village of Roche d’Agoux, the church of Saint Genoux and the surrounding countryside.

Step 103 : Turn right after the lime tree.

Step 1 : Cross the D103 and fork left onto the track. At the crossroads, keep right until you reach the D521.

Step 2 : Cross the road and follow the track downhill. At the fork, turn right and continue along the path as far as the road.

Step 3 : Go back up to the right and continue as far as La Roche d’Agoux. At the fork, turn left onto the D103.

Next step

Step 4 : At the crossroads, turn right towards the village as far as Roche de Quartz.

Additional information

For your own safety, always take a bottle of water, a hat, warm clothing and footwear suitable for walking.
Depending on the weather conditions, some routes are not recommended in bad weather (fog) or are not practicable, or even forbidden, during the winter season.
Some sites are fragile, so stay on the marked paths. Avoid picking wild flowers and disturbing wildlife. Pick up your rubbish.
