Route description
Charming walk through undergrowth along the banks of the Dordogne river, passing through the hamlet of Genestoux, with little change in altitude and lasting 2h30 round trip.

Guidebook with maps/step-by-step
Step 1 : Au pont des Marais, au passage à niveau, prenez le chemin à droite.
Step 2 : Longez la rivière Dordogne par la gauche en suivant la direction « La Vernière ».
Step 3 : Passez le pont sur la Dordogne, continuez sur le chemin qui monte vers le village du Genestoux avant de redescendre vers la rivière.
Step 4 : Continuez le long de la Dordogne jusqu’au bout du chemin, à La Vernière.

Step 5 : Faites demi‑tour et revenez sur vos pas par le même chemin pour revenir à votre point de départ.
