Briffons

Pond is located at a place called Farges in the Briffons commune. It has a surface area of 3.4 ha and is a dam on the La Clidane stream.

During the open season, it is stocked at the beginning of the month with fario and rainbow trout. Carp are also present. Occasional release of brook trout.
Payment on site.

Closed on the 1st Friday of each month.

For non-resident anglers:
8–15 years old: €2.50/day and €25/year
Adults: €10/day and €50/year
For residents:
8–15 years old: €2.50/day and €25/year
Adults: €5/day and €50/year.

Fishing site regulations can be found on site and on the town hall website.
Regulations: Fishing is permitted from sunrise to sunset.
Trout 20 cm / maximum 6 catches per day per fisherman. Two lines permitted per fisherman. Fishing with maggots and fish eggs is prohibited, as is baiting. Carp weighing over 3 kg must be returned to the water.

Fishing permits are sold Monday to Friday (9.30am-11.30am) at Briffons Town Hall: 04 73 22 02 43.
Pre-dated permits may be available for purchase at the Town Hall.
