Over 2 days, this wild plant discovery course
will take you to 2 (or 3) sites, depending on the weather :
– in a semi-mountainous area around the yurt in Nadaillat (10 minutes from Veyre-monton)
– on the site of an ancient troglodytic dwelling dug into the Puy de Monton cliff :(…)

Over 2 days, this wild plant discovery course
will take you to 2 (or 3) sites, depending on the weather :
– in a semi-mountainous area around the yurt in Nadaillat (10 minutes from Veyre-monton)
– on the site of an ancient troglodytic dwelling dug into the Puy de Monton cliff : this will be an opportunity to discover the site and the plants used by its former inhabitants.

On each outing, you’ll bring back plants to use in preparing and cooking your harvest : making herb cakes, salads, fritters, soups and desserts.

In the evening, after tasting digestive infusions, you can relax in your rooms, or enjoy an in-depth review of the plants you’ve encountered, with drawing or photo support, or return to the field.

In the convent library, you’ll also find a wide range of books to help you deepen your knowledge, as well as culinary guides devoted to edible plants, flowers and herbs.

Trainees will stay at the convent, where they will share a meal made from wild herbs and flowers.
