Upstairs, a master bedroom with 140×190 cm bed and closet. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and separate WC.
On the second floor, a mezzanine-type bedroom with two 90×190 cm beds, overlooking the Chaîne des Puys (the two beds can be joined together to make a 180 cm bed on request).

For your convenience, a basement is available, with a washing machine and a workshop/storage area for your bicycles or other personal belongings.

Outdoors :
A 200 m² outdoor space, a 40 m² terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha.
A garage opening onto the street and a parking space in the courtyard are at your disposal.
