Gîte labellisé “Gîte de France” 2 épis (N° 63G100985), with TROPHÉE CLIENTS GITES DE FRANCE 2017, ideally located, in a peaceful setting, at an altitude of 1150 m, 2.5 km from St-Romain (63660). It is nestled in a magnificent green setting, in the Ance Valley, in the heart of the Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park in the Puy de Dôme Department.
It’s 4.5 km from St-Anthème, 18 km from Ambert, 28 km from Montbrison, 120 km from LYON and Clermont-Ferrand (and VULCANIA), 70 km from St-Etienne and 60 km from Le Puy en Velay.
It’s close (10-12 km) to the winter sports resorts of Les Pradeaux and Prabouré (also a summer resort), and around 1 h to the resort of Chalmazel (Loire). Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking and tobogganing from the gîte.

Lovely, typically Auvergne farmhouse, tastefully renovated in 2011 and beautifully decorated, very well equipped, with enclosed, south-facing grounds full of flowers, and a small garden to the west.
CHOICE RENTAL FOR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN (lots of games and toys available).
Unenclosed carport and enclosed room for motorcycles and bicycles.

This gîte is approved for 5 people (sleeps 6) : dining room/kitchenette + living room + 2 bedrooms + 1 shower room with WC, 1 laundry room, 1 storeroom. 103 m² in all.

Weekly, weekend or on-demand rentals according to season. Arrival on SATURDAY in TH season, H season and school holidays, MODULABLE outside these periods.
