The gîte is simple, functional and quiet.

Equipped with 5 bedrooms sleeping a total of 10, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with dining area and a large, bright living room divided into two sections, the gîte is ideal for a large family or a group of friends of up to 10 people.

With its terrace and garden, it’s the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors, especially in the evening on the terrace or for children, who can play outside in complete peace and autonomy. From the garden, there’s a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, including Banne d’Ordanche.

With two parking spaces, and plenty of free parking right in front of the house, there are no parking problems and it’s easy to get around from the house.

In a quiet area, the gîte is ideally located : 300 m from the center of La Bourboule along the river, 200 m from the supermarket, 50 m from the aquatic center. All essential services are a 10-minute walk away.

For hiking, biking or skiing, we’re less than 10 mins from Le Mont-Dore and Le Sancy by car (8km). La Tour d’Auvergne is 12 km away, and Chambon-sur-Lac 24 km. For hiking, it’s also possible to set off directly from the gîte, with several itineraries passing close by.

The house is semi-detached from its neighbor. The thick walls keep out noise.
