The house can accommodate up to 15 people, with a large kitchen-dining room, the former barn converted into a large living room with games, 4 bedrooms and a dormitory.

First floor :
– kitchen opening onto the 40m2 dining/living room, large table with extenders for 15 people, wood-burning stove
– large living room over 60m2, with table soccer, darts, billiards (home-made), second large table, …
– 1 shower room and 1 WC
– 1 entrance hatch for storing shoes, jackets, etc.
Second floor :
– 3 bedrooms : the blue room with a double bed and a single bed, the pink room with a double bed and a single bed, the yellow room with a double bed
– 1 large bathroom (bath and shower) and 1 WC
Second floor : 2 attic rooms
– a dormitory with a double bed and 3 single beds, and the white room with 1 double bed

Outside, a small terrace with 2 garden tables

Central heating.
Possibility of making a small flambée in the kitchen.

As for equipment, there’s no wifi (no internet subscription), and the TV is no longer connected to TNT, but can be used as a screen via an HDMI cable (via the 4G network we pick up in the house). Disconnection guaranteed !

IMPORTANT :
Minimum 2-night stay.
Sheets are not provided, only comforters and pillows.
Cleaning option available for short stays of 2 or 3 days, otherwise cleaning is the responsibility of tenants and will be checked on departure.
Low and high season rates

A rental contract will be drawn up and sent with the reservation request, together with a description of the property.
A deposit cheque will also be required.
