In a newly renovated farm cottage, the gite has its own private garden and parking space, and guests have access to the swimming pool in the garden next door which is shared with our other gite. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. We live on site, on the other side of the drive therefore you can maintain your privacy, but we are on hand if you need anything: The gite is arranged over three floors, has a washing machine and television and all towels, heating and taxes are included in the price.
In the surroundings you can fish or swim in the many lakes and rivers. The terrain is ideal for mountain biking, walking and skiing. We have natural spas nearby and plenty of opportunities to relax in the beautiful countryside. We have historical sites of interest with the possibility of visiting the major cities of Clermont-Ferrand and Vichy.
You can see the chain of Puys in the distance because we are located on a small hill 1 km from the small village: Espinasse has 300 inhabitants and a small cafe open almost all year round. Our nearest town is a ten minute drive away and has all the necessary amenities.
