Le Côme” is a charming, recently renovated house, ideal for a stay with family or friends, in the heart of the Auvergne.
The house is arranged over three levels.
On the first floor, you’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, electric hob, coffeemaker, toaster, fridge and everything else you need to cook like at home. A small wood-burning stove adds a cosy touch for cooler evenings. The living room is convivial and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A laundry room with toilet completes this level.
Upstairs, two bedrooms welcome young and old alike :
– One with a double bed and a single BZ,
– A family room with a triple bunk bed (140×190 below, 90×190 above) and a BZ,
– A bathroom completes this floor.
The second floor offers a third spacious bedroom with three single beds and a BZ, as well as a second bathroom.
Outside, you’ll enjoy a terrace accessible from the rear of the house, as well as two play areas, to the front and rear, perfect for children or for relaxing outdoors.
Please note that pets are not allowed.

An exceptional natural setting
Located in the hamlet of Les Roches, in the commune of Saint-Ours, at an altitude of 900 meters, the gîte offers a peaceful environment, ideal for rest and relaxation.
You’re in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d’Auvergne, just 20 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, and 5 minutes from the towns of Saint-Ours and Pontgibaud, where you’ll find all the essential shops.
Health services (doctor, pharmacy, dentist, nurses) are also less than 3 km away.
It’s an ideal base for exploring the region’s volcanic landscapes : the Puys chain, the Sancy massif, the Combrailles plateau, and much more.
You’ll be welcomed by the owners, who live nearby and will be delighted to advise you throughout your stay.

Nature and outdoor enthusiasts will be delighted.
Just a few minutes away, you can visit the Vulcania and Volcan de Lemptégy parks, explore the hiking trails leading to Puy de Dôme, Côme and Pariou, or enjoy the Auvergne lakes (Guéry, Aydat, Chambon, Servières, Pavin, Gour de Tazenat).
Many activities are available nearby : hiking, mountain biking, cross-country or downhill skiing, swimming, horseback riding, golf, adventure park, or cultural visits such as the Michelin Adventure or the historic center of Clermont-Ferrand.
For a moment of relaxation, the Royatonic wellness area, the Thermes de Royat and the Thermes de Chatel Guyon are less than 10 minutes away.
