In the heart of the Auvergne, the gîte is located in the Livradois-Forez Park. Discover Sauxillanges and its Cluniac heritage, and Usson, one of France’s most beautiful villages. Escape to the vast expanses of the Monts du Livradois for some great hiking. Stroll along rivers and lakes… You’ll be close to Issoire, with its Romanesque church of St-Austremoine, its narrow streets and its many cultural and sporting activities.

Shops and services are in Sauxillanges (4 km).

The JEPATAN gîte (178m2, 5 bedrooms) is self-contained. Suitable for 9 to 11 people, it comprises

1 entrance
1 large, convivial kitchen,
1 living room with traditional fireplace

1st floor :
1 bedroom with 1 bed 140×190, (1 sofa-bed 80×190 extra) and a cot with changing table
1 bathroom, possibly private (shower, washbasins, wc)
3 bedrooms, each with 2 beds 90×190
1 bedroom with 1 bed 90×190 and (1 cot 80×165 extra)
1 shower room (shower, washbasins, wc)

1 activity room with pool table and ping-pong table

It is equipped with wood pellet central heating.

N.B. The GOULAPIE self-catering village comprises 6 gîtes for 2 to 14 people, which can be rented together or separately for a total of 48 people. It has 2 rooms with JEPHOS and MARAME kitchens for up to 60 people.
