In the heart of the Auvergne, the gîte is located in the Parc du Livradois-Forez. Discover Sauxillanges and its Cluniac heritage, and Usson, one of France’s most beautiful villages. Escape to the vast expanses of the Livradois mountains for some great hiking. Stroll along rivers and lakes…
You’ll be close to Issoire, with its Romanesque church of St-Austremoine, its narrow streets and its many cultural and sporting activities.

Shops and services are in Sauxillanges (4 km).

The MAJES gîte has been fully restored, preserving its rustic character with exposed stone walls and a functional wood-burning stove. It is equipped with wood pellet central heating.

Ground floor : fitted kitchen, dining room and living room, terrace, wc.
1st floor : 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm), 2 bedrooms with 2×2 single beds (90x190cm) and a shower room with wc and 2 washbasins.

Baby equipment available on request : cot, highchair, changing table, bathtub.

N.B. The GOULAPIE self-catering village comprises 6 gîtes for 2 to 14 people, which can be rented together or separately for a total of 48 places. It features a 45m2 room (JEPHOS) with adjoining professional kitchen, and an 80m2 room (MARAME) with open-plan professional kitchen.
