The first floor comprises a first bedroom (2 beds 90×190, 1 bed 140×190 high (for 2 children), 1 closet), a second bedroom (1 bed 160×200, 1 closet, 1 television – room with view of Montchal) ; a shower room / bathroom (1 whirlpool bath with chromotherapy, 2 washbasins, 1 large walk-in shower, 1 towel dryer, 1 changing table), separate WC, 1 relaxation area with sofa ; 1 trampoline net above the mezzanine to stretch out and admire the scenery overlooking Montchal.

On the first floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a 160×200 cm double bed, closet and shower room, a living room with sofas, TV and pellet stove, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a large laundry room and WC.
The gîte also offers a garage for 1 car, a large wooden terrace and a lovely outdoor area for playing ball or swinging (not private).

Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday, with no commission or handling fees payable by the tenant (except in the event of cancellation).
