In the heart of the Monts d’Auvergne, 1.5 km from the center of the medieval village of Besse and all its shops, 8 km from the Super Besse ski resort and 10 minutes from the beaches of Lac Chambon, this spacious 160 m² *** chalet sleeps 10. Perched at the end of the “Combes” hamlet, it boasts a breathtaking view over the valley, allowing you to enjoy peace and quiet in all seasons.

You’ll love the gîte’s large living room, where the wood-burning stove sits on lava stone slabs next to the large sofa, where everyone can gather and enjoy a warm moment after a long day’s activities. For warm summer evenings, the terrace extends into a veritable balcony garden overlooking the valley, which, as autumn passes, takes on its most beautiful golden hues. Winter’s frost or spring’s morning mists are spectacles you’ll never tire of.
Even in the kitchen, thanks to the large picture windows, you won’t miss a moment of this magnificent view. The large mineral table in the dining room is just the right size for long dinners with friends or family.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a double bedroom with en-suite shower room (separate WC), and upstairs three bedrooms (including a master suite with double bed, bath, washbasin, dressing room and WC – two bedrooms, each with a double and a single bed) and a bathroom (with bath and shower, double washbasin) with separate WC.
For young and old alike, a hanging net will welcome you for your moments of relaxation. And for the more assiduous, a work area is at your disposal.
