Maison Berthelot, a 19th-century building of 160m2, has 3 floors with no elevator. The house is 100% independent. It has been entirely restored by an architect. This pretty bourgeois town house, which can accommodate a total of 12 people in the greatest comfort, will seduce you with its meticulous decoration, spaciousness, equipment and top-quality bedding.
It features 5 bedrooms, including a master suite with its own dressing room and shower room, 3 shower rooms in total, 3 separate WCs (one on each floor), a large reception room opening onto the kitchen, living room and dining room, a games room with table soccer and arcade terminal, a fully-equipped laundry room, and a 100%-secured enclosed courtyard with electric gate and space for 3 cars with a charging station.
All bedrooms have storage space, and four of them have queen-size beds, i.e. 160×200. The largest bedroom on the ground floor has a queen-size bed and a convertible sofa bed (140×200). Our favorite room under the roof has a 140×200 bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine. We also provide fine crockery and cutlery.
The dining room/reception room/meeting room can accommodate our 12 guests around a large convivial table.
The lounge area features a flat-screen TV, comfortable leather sofas and a tasteful decor for cocooning evenings.
There’s also a laundry room with a second fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The games room features a second sitting area with a flat-screen TV, sofa and table soccer for relaxing moments.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and full baby facilities on request (high chair, bathtub, cot and changing table).
