In a small residence, on the 1st floor without elevator, 53 m2 apartment with balcony, unobstructed view of Puy Gros to the left and the large waterfall to the right.
Closed ski room on the residence’s ground floor.
The apartment comprises a pleasant living room with a fully-equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand blender, pretty crockery, etc.), a large sofa bed with a real daily bed in 160, a beautiful bedroom with a bed in 160 and a small cabin bedroom with bunk beds in 90.
The apartment has a pleasant bathroom with double washbasin, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The toilet is separate.
The apartment has large closets in the entrance hall and a wall-mounted closet in the bedroom.
Childcare equipment available (baby bathtub, bath seat, chair booster).
Bed linen, towels and tea towels not provided.
