This apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is located in a prestigious art deco residence, completely renovated opposite the thermal baths, in the heart of the town center, its location is unique. On the third floor with elevator, this bright apartment offers superb views to the south and west.

It comprises a spacious, warm living room with a comfortable sofa bed (140×195), a bedroom with the option of a 160×200 bed (with mattress topper) or 2 80×200 beds, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet.
A cellar is available for skis or bikes.

The residence is located in the heart of La Bourboule, opposite the thermal baths and Square Joffre on Boulevard Clémenceau, the town’s main thoroughfare. The room is on a quiet side street.

All services and shops are within walking distance. The train station is 500m away. Shuttle buses run to the Mont Dore ski slopes.
