Step through the door and let yourself be surprised by this atypical 115m² space, housed in the former 19th century stables of the family estate. Situated at the foot of the village’s troglodytic caves along the Couze Pavin, a river renowned for its fishing, it’s a place full of stories from several generations of travelers, and memories to savor with your eyes ! Just a stone’s throw from the gîte : river, countryside, troglodyte site. Issoire 5 km (all shops).

At your disposal :
– A 60m² living room : large convivial table, library, games, aperitif area, spacious corner bench convertible into 2 90cm beds, and TV. It can be used for meetings, training courses or small seminars.
– A separate, well-equipped 15m² kitchen and utility room.
– 1 double bedroom on the first floor (king-size bed 180cm or convertible into 2 separate 90cm beds).
– 2 extra beds (90x190cm) in the alcove of the large living room, separated by screens.
– 1 shared bathroom and separate toilet.
– A pleasant tree-lined outdoor space for relaxing and dining (large table, deckchairs, plancha, arbour).

With over 20 years’ experience in bed and breakfast, we’ve thought of everything to ensure your comfort and well-being.
Bedding is of the highest quality, beds are made up, towels are optional (€5 per kit) and kitchen towels are provided. Basic necessities are provided for your arrival.

Although we are independent, we will be your next-door neighbors, available if you need us, but also to advise you. You may also be visited by our little dog and cat. Welcome to our little paradise !
