Le Vertige offers five comfortable and charming rooms, furnished with new beds and in a 50s, 60s and 70s style combined with authentic elements.

Breakfast and dinner, 4 times a week, are served in the cosy lounge by the large fireplace. Upstairs there’s a common room with a small kitchen, fridge, kettle and coffee maker.

Le Vertige is surrounded by a beautiful, calm and serene garden, bordered by meadows and forests. Around the house you’ll find a pretty garden with a ping-pong table, lawn for playing pétanque and deckchairs for enjoying the peace and quiet.

Le Vertige is located 800 m from the village of Echandelys, in the heart of the Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park, and is the starting point for numerous mountain bike and bike rides. There’s a café/restaurant in the village. You can also discover pretty villages with their markets.
A good location for visiting the towns of Issoire, Ambert, La Chaise-Dieu, or Le Puy-en-Velay ; it’s also a good opportunity to hike on the Puy de Dôme and other volcanoes, or spend a lovely day on the banks of the Vernet-Chaméane lake (swimming possible).

After your visits and discoveries, we’ll be delighted to welcome you to our table d’hôtes in a warm and friendly atmosphere, where you’ll be served regional produce and vegetables from our garden, grown in an ecological and sustainable way. Our cuisine is much appreciated by our guests.

Domaine du Vertige also offers a vacation home (Les Jonquilles) and a natural camping area.
