The apartment is located in the Résidence “Les Mascareignes”, on the town’s shopping street. It’s close to the town center on one side, and a 5-minute walk from a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy on the other. It’s also not far from the new spa (600m or 7mn walk) and the Theater/Casino/Parc Thermal (400m). The secure residence has 4 floors and around 30 apartments. It has private parking and a small park to the rear of the building.
The T1 apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator. It was completely refurbished in 2021. All furnishings are recent. The apartment faces the rear of the building, away from the avenue, making it very quiet. It has two large windows and an unobstructed view of the old town. With a maximum capacity of 2 people, it covers 23m² and comprises a main room with :
– an entrance area,
– a sleeping area with a 140×190 double bed, with shelves and bedside lamps,
– a lounge area with 2 comfortable armchairs,
– a kitchen area with built-in kitchen (2 induction hobs, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), large dining table,
– bathroom with large shower, washbasin and toilet. A washing machine, clotheshorse and hairdryer are also provided, as well as household utensils (brooms, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, etc.).
The apartment has plenty of storage space. It has underfloor central heating. A space heater and electric towel rail have been added (no air-conditioning). It also includes a radio-CD, a connected TV (adjustable), a broadband connection (fiber) and a landline telephone.
The tenant has the use of a private parking space, and can also access the free public parking lot opposite the residence.
This accommodation is not accessible to disabled people with reduced mobility.
We provide a cot and high chair for small children.
