Clean and functional, it comprises two main rooms, one a studio with kitchen and bedroom, separated by a curtain, and the other a living room with bookcase, 2-seater / 1-bed sofa bed, large TV and DVD player. It faces north, but is very bright thanks to three large windows overlooking Rue Du Dr Gübler and the park’s trees. Parking is easy along the street in front of the house. A launderette is located 250 m away, and is open 7 days a week.
