Clean and functional, it is accessed via Rue Alfred Punett, 18 steps down from the sidewalk. It comprises two rooms, the kitchen-living room on the garden side, and the bedroom on the park side. Very bright and pleasant to live in, it’s close to the heart of town, the park, the Sunday market and the Aïga thermal baths (550m).
It was completely refurbished in 2016, and some of the paintwork redone in winter 2023/24. The mattress was replaced in early 2024.
To the south, a terrace (shared with N°4) features a lounge, parasol and flower garden. To the north, the trees of the Casino park.
Parking is on Rue Punett, opposite the house.
