Recently built, this 65 m² T2 apartment is located in a residential area of the village of Mozac.
A large bay window gives access to the living room with 2 convertible sofas. A glass door gives access to the bedroom with 1 double bed, bedside tables, small closet, bedside lamps, 1 floor lamp, a small glass desk for computer (Wi-Fi), 3 chairs. A large bookshelf. One large sliding bay window, facing EAST, one sliding bay window, double-glazed throughout. The bedroom is connected by a sliding wooden door to a small bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC.
The living/dining room features 2 teak tables, 4 chairs, 2 garden armchairs, 1 stool and a large buffet with crockery, dishes and cutlery. At the far end of this room, a kitchenette with refrigerator, plus a shelved freezer compartment, small cabinet with 2-burner induction hob, compatible cooking equipment, pots and pans, a work surface with storage cabinet above. Electric oven, microwave oven. This kitchenette communicates via a sliding wooden door with a shower room featuring a sink, a window, an exterior door and a radiator. Heating is provided by a gas-fired condensing boiler, with water preheated by solar panels. The T2 has a total of 4 radiators with thermostatic valves. The bay windows are operated by remote control. Access to the ground floor is via a door with manual lock.
The large room features 2 touch-controlled velux windows.
2 deckchairs available in fine weather. Lounge chairs and small round table, electric barbecue with table for garden meals, awning in front of bedroom entrance, bedroom facing EAST and SOUTH, living room facing EAST.
Vacuum cleaner and washing machine are available (private) in the owner’s veranda.
The tenant’s belongings : computer, vehicles… must be insured by him.
Pets are accepted by prior arrangement.
