Duplex apartment with protected staircase, comprising :
– a living room with : a fully-equipped kitchenette (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine…), a relaxation area with table, chairs, sofa-bed, sideboard, sofa-bed, TV, board games…, Wi-Fi.
– a bathroom with shower, WC, towel warmer, hairdryer, storage space…

A shared secure room and an individual ski room are available for storing sports equipment, baby carriages, etc. Private parking lot (N°47) at the foot of the residence.
