Renovated 4-room apartment on the 1st floor of a traditional Auvergne house. Private parking in the courtyard for security and peace and quiet (accessible via the porch, away from street noise).
2-bed bedroom with the Dordogne at your feet, as is the bathroom (renovated in 2023) with a new, even more spacious shower, towel dryer and fan heater, washing machine and comfortable storage space.
Courtyard side : kitchen renovated in 2018 and 2021, and living room in 2019 and 2020 with a more contemporary touch and TNT/HD TV.

Linen provided (except napkins). Linen and towels available for hire, cleaning package available (fee payable to Les clés du Sancy concierge service).
Ski and bike room in the entrance hall on the first floor. Free shuttle bus to the Sancy ski resort, 5 min walk down the street (runs daily during school vacations and weekends outside school vacations).
