This superb Art Deco building has been completely refurbished in the heart of Le Mont-Dore. With its elevator and private parking, everything has been designed for your comfort.
An ideal location : shops, restaurants and cinema just 150m away, the thermal baths 300m away and all amenities within easy reach.
In winter, a free shuttle bus (La Poste stop 250m away) takes you to the ski resort or Nordic area (cross-country skiing and snowshoeing) in ten minutes. It runs every day during school vacations and weekends out of season.

This former private school has been completely refurbished as a luxury Art Deco residence, and offers a quiet location with a large shared asphalt courtyard, a green area with a pétanque or Mölkky pitch and a children’s play area. The apartment is located in the oldest part of the building, dating back to 1900, and features wide stone walls to ensure coolness in summer and perfect soundproofing.

This 36 m², non-smoking F2 apartment is ideal for 2 to 3 people :
An entrance hall with checkroom and separate toilet, leading directly (two-step access) to the apartment’s living area.
A fully-equipped kitchen, semi-open to the living room, for convivial cooking (dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, raclette machine, etc.).
The cocooning living area includes a convertible sofa with a 140 cm mattress for extra sleeping space, a 102 cm TV with 160 channels and radio, and private Wi-Fi.
The dining area features a round table with four chairs, and a large four-door sideboard for storing personal belongings.
A master bedroom with dressing room, superior-quality 140 cm memory foam mattress with cushions, dressing table and ironing facilities. Each time a new tenant moves in, the disposable covers protecting the bedding are systematically changed.
A private shower room accessible from the bedroom, with a walk-in shower, vanity unit and pedestal will provide you with plenty of storage space.
During your stay, you’ll also have access to a private room on the first floor with a washer-dryer. You can also store your bikes, sledges and ski equipment. For the convenience of our guests, this room is equipped with an electric boot dryer for two pairs of ski boots.

All you have to do is set down your luggage, and you’ll benefit from the following concierge services :
– Personalized welcome on site, with prior notice of your arrival time : keys handed over, visit and inventory of fixtures, friendly discussions about the apartment and the residence, and a wealth of useful addresses.
– A welcome pack with everyday essentials for your arrival.
– Ecological cleaning products and a microfiber cloth provided.
– Telephone availability if needed during your stay.

Additional services at the tenant’s expense (to be requested when the contract is drawn up) :

– Rental of bed and bathroom linen + beds made up on arrival including : a fitted sheet, comforter cover and two pillowcases / person, bathroom linen (bath sheet + bath towel), a bath mat and two tea towels at €25 per person.
– Weekly or additional change of linen for cures on request and at the same rate.
– End-of-stay cleaning : 63 € for cleaning and disinfection of accommodation.
