A free shuttle bus (La Poste stop 250 m away) takes you to the ski resort or Nordic area (cross-country skiing and snowshoeing) in 10 minutes, running at weekends and during school vacations.
This former private school has been completely refurbished as a luxury Art Deco residence, offering a calm and pleasant setting. You’ll enjoy a large shared asphalt courtyard, a green area with a pétanque or Mölkky pitch, and a children’s play area. The apartment is perfectly insulated, guaranteeing coolness in summer and soundproofing with the other apartments.

With a surface area of 38m², this non-smoking, ground-floor F2 apartment, ideal for 2 to 3 people, is composed as follows :

– An entrance hall with checkroom, leading to a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living area for convivial moments. You’ll find : dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, raclette machine, etc….
– A cocooning Scandinavian-style living area with sofa bed and 140 cm mattress (additional sleeping space), 102 cm adjustable TV, box (35 channels and radios) and private Wi-Fi.
– Dining area with rectangular table and 4 chairs. A large sideboard and wall cupboard with plenty of storage space for optimum comfort.
– A master bedroom with dressing room, top-quality bedding (140 cm memory foam mattress), cushions and ironing facilities. Disposable protective covers are systematically changed for each new tenant.
– A private bathroom with walk-in shower, towel dryer and vanity unit to store your personal belongings.

A private laundry room on the first floor is also at your disposal. Here you’ll find a washer-dryer, as well as space to store bicycles, sledges and ski or walking equipment (equipment may not be taken into the common areas or apartments). This room is also equipped with an electric boot dryer for 2 pairs of ski boots.

With your rental, you’ll benefit from a personalized and attentive concierge service from the beginning to the end of your stay, including :
– On-site welcome (please let us know your arrival time in advance) with keys, apartment tour, inventory of fixtures and practical advice.
– A welcome pack with a few consumables for the day of your arrival.
– Ecological cleaning products and microfiber cloth supplied.
– Telephone availability if needed during your stay.
– On-site departure inventory (with prior notice of your departure time).

Additional services at the tenant’s expense (to be requested when the contract is drawn up) :
– Bed linen and towels + beds made up on arrival including : Bed linen with bath sheet, shower mat and small towel. Complete with tea towel and hand towel, at a cost of €30 per person.
– Weekly/additional change of linen for cures on request and at the same rate.

– End-of-stay cleaning : this service is highly recommended to ensure that your apartment is perfectly clean from the moment you arrive, and to guarantee the same quality of service for the next tenant (fixed price of 69 € to be paid on site).
